Recipes To Try & Cooking Demos

Maggie & Cyrus' favorite way to cook mushrooms is to roast them!

ROASTED MUSHROOMS: Cut mushrooms into evenly sized pieces; drizzle with a tiny tiny bit of olive oil and mix well; spread evenly on a pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper and/or seasoning of choice; broil on HIGH (keeping a close eye on them) until they brown and crisp up around the edges.

LIONS MANE: pull apart for a great crab meat substitute. Saute in a dry pan for a minute or two to pull out excess moisture then substitute for crab meat in your favorite recipes

KING TRUMPET: Cut lengthwise, brush with olive oil, season, and put on the grill or broil. Can also shred King Trumpets with a fork and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce for a pulled pork substitute.

GREY OYSTER: bread and fry as you would for fried catfish or oysters and make a fried "oyster" poboy.

BLACK PEARL OYSTER: cut into pieces and bread; air fry or bake in oven for vegan "chicken" nuggets
